What We Are

Creating Measurable Results is a one-of-a-kind, proprietary curriculum, specifically designed to dramatically increase the traditional results you already experience.

The information contained in this program is NOT “motivational fluff” or filled with overused cliches. You have not “heard it before.” Instead, you can expect your team to be challenged and energized by a new way of thinking about familiar subjects.

While never steering you away from the fundamentals of your industry, Creating Measurable Results adds proven strategies (not understood by your industry) to your arsenal. Introducing methods you will find logical and exciting, we enable your team to CREATE results beyond what they currently imagine to be possible.

What We Provide

With a three year agreement from your company or organization, Creating Measurable Results provides continuing installments of specific messages by Andy Andrews. Below, you will find five examples of the teaching content and style.

Every other week, new videos are added to YOUR custom company page inside CreatingMeasurableResults.com. Employees can login and view each new video, plus visit the archive of all previously released content. You may also designate a member who will be allowed access to download each video, so you can save to your private archive.

That gives you the option to either utilize this website for viewing the content, or you can download the new material each week and upload to your own website.

Please be aware that the videos and PDF contain proprietary material and must not be posted on a public site or shared with anyone outside your organization. This is the “secret sauce” and we are careful about anyone but YOU gaining access!

That said, these videos are yours to keep and use in training new members of your team as you grow. And you will!

“To achieve “the best,” it is critical to first understand that you can’t believe everything you think. What you don’t know will not stop you.  The biggest obstacle to you reaching your potential is what you know for sure!”

Andy Andrews detects the little things that are the difference between winning and losing. Frankly, it’s why Andy has become recognizable to ‘football people.’  Our officials have studied his material and coaches listen carefully to what he says.

Have you heard of a governor on a machine?

In order to generate organic growth within your organization, we deploy a Master Process that has been quietly constructed by “thinking beyond the box.”   Our proprietary blueprint is comprised of a series of interconnected strategies CMR has repeatedly proven through the years.

We have created what most describe as “unimaginable results” with small businesses and large corporations.  We have successfully grown revenue, brand recognition, stock prices, and client numbers and we have done so, not only during good economic times, but also during some of the worst.

Watch and listen as Andy Andrews explains a bit of deep thinking that has already been refined into a strategy just waiting to be implemented for you!

“We continue to break records… March was the biggest month in the history of our company.”

Executive Vice President, OneWater Marine

Normal vs. Extraordinary Results

What are “normal results?” What is expected by friends, family, co-workers, shareholders, and clients? Is there a limit to what we believe we can accomplish?

If so, why? Are there effective ways to communicate to those who are already satisfied with the service they are receiving from someone else?

How can communication be on point, not just consistently, but always and every time?

Consider the level of success or acceptance might one expect from a person whose parents were discriminated against because of their skin color?

If you were born in Alabama in 1960 and grew up in Mississippi, how could you learn to communicate like Robin Roberts did? How did her communication skills resonate so greatly with people that Reader’s Digest named her “The Most Trusted Person In America?”

What if you had already achieved your profession’s highest level of success only to be nationally shamed and exiled from that very profession for a bad choice you really did make…like Jim Tressel?

During days of despair, how did he learn to communicate humility and effectively ask forgiveness from the people of the state he had disappointed so greatly?

And how could his results in that endeavor have been so massive that within three years of being fired, he was named president of Ohio’s second largest University system?

How was his national reputation turned around so completely that only four years after public professional destruction, Jim Tressel was voted into College Football’s Hall of Fame?

How does one become cherished by an entirely different species? Is being nice enough? Is it possible to prove value and produce results far beyond what anyone else even imagines? Sure, it is!

Especially if someone shows you how to compete in a way your competition doesn’t know a game is going on!
